Most clubs go live in days, not months. We move your members, plans and Direct Debit mandates across with you, and check them before a single collection runs.
From first call to go live
- A 20 minute callWe learn your size, sites and what you want switched on, and give you a price on the call.
- We migrate your dataMembers, families, plans, mandates and history come across. People already on the system are matched, not duplicated. Mandates are checked with your payment provider before collections start.
- Make it yoursYour logo, colours and domain. Your website pages, timetable and prices. Staff invited with the right roles.
- Go liveMembers get an invite to the app. Collections continue on the dates they expect.
What we will ask you for
- An export from your current system (members, plans, payments), or access so we can take it with you.
- Access to your GoCardless and Stripe accounts so we can connect them, or help opening new ones.
- Your logo, brand colours and photos.
- Your timetable, class types and membership prices.
- Your domain, if you want the site on your own address.
- A list of staff and what each should be able to do.
Common questions
No. Existing mandates are moved to your GoCardless or Stripe account and checked first, so most members do not need to sign up again.
You do. You can export members, payments and history at any time, at no charge.
No. Money goes from members to your own payment account. Atemi charges a set price for the platform.
Yes. Most clubs start with billing and classes, then add leads, reviews, the shop or the website once the basics run smoothly.
The member app installs from the browser on iPhone and Android, and the door pass shows even without signal. Native store apps are in development.
No. Boxing gyms, fitness studios and bootcamps run on it too; grading is just a module you can leave off.
Archived members and deleted pages can be restored, every change is logged with who made it, and refunds can need a second approver.
Yes, and you take your data with you.
