Who is responsible for your data

For our marketing website and enquiries, Atemi is the data controller. When a club runs its members on our platform, the club is the controller of its members' data and Atemi acts as a data processor on the club's instructions under a data processing agreement.

What we collect

Enquiry data. When you book a demo or contact us, we collect your name, club name, email, phone and anything you tell us.
Usage data. Standard analytics such as pages viewed, device type and referrer, collected to improve the site.
Platform data. On behalf of clubs, the platform processes member records, attendance, bookings and billing metadata needed to run the club.

Payment card and bank details are handled directly by regulated third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers or bank details on our systems.

Legal bases
