The platform your club would have built
Most gym software is written by people who have never run a register on a Tuesday night. It shows. We came at it from the other side, and it changed every decision we made.
Running a club on five tools is a full-time job nobody hired for. The billing system does not know the timetable. The website does not know the ledger. The gap between them is filled by you, at 10pm, with a spreadsheet open.
Every one of those tools is fine on its own. The problem is the seams. A member joins on the website, gets typed into the booking app, gets typed again into the billing system, and now three systems hold three slightly different versions of the same person. When they stop turning up, none of them tell you, because none of them can see the whole picture. Only you can, and only if you go looking.
Atemi is the argument that the seams are the product. One record for a member, shared by the door, the ledger, the timetable and the site. Get that right and the rest falls out of it: the register knows who paid, the churn worklist knows who drifted, and your evenings stop being an integration layer.
Six reasons, and none of them are a feature list
One system, not five that argue
Your booking app does not know who paid. Your website does not know who booked. You are the integration, and you are doing it by hand. Atemi puts the door, the ledger, the timetable and the site on one record, so they cannot disagree.
Built inside a real club
313 Martial Arts is our founding school and runs on this platform every day. Every feature has to survive a real front desk on a busy Tuesday before it ships to anyone else.
You keep your money and your data
You connect your own payment accounts. We never hold member funds, never take a cut of your membership revenue, and never charge you to export your own history.
White-label to the core
Your brand, your domain, your member app. Atemi runs quietly in the background so your club is the only thing your members ever see.
Every feature is a switch
Nothing is behind an upgrade wall. Turn off what your club does not do and it leaves the console entirely, instead of sitting there with a padlock on it.
Nothing is hardcoded
Labels, prices, capacities, copy, thresholds. If a business would want to change it, an admin can change it, without a support ticket and without waiting for us.

When we are the wrong answer
A vendor who claims to fit every club fits none of them. Here is where we would tell you to keep what you have.
You are happy with what you have
If your tools work and your evenings are your own, we will say so on the call. A migration you do not need is a bad trade for both of us.
You want one tiny thing
If all you need is a booking widget, a booking widget is cheaper than a platform. We are worth it when the pile is the problem.
You want us to hold your money
We will not. You keep the merchant relationship, which means a little more setup on day one and a lot more control forever.
Clubs that made the switch
We were paying for a booking system, a marketing agency and a website tool. Atemi replaced all three and cut our software bill by more than half.
The waitlist auto-promote and the churn worklist are the two features I did not know I needed. Retention is up and my classes run full.
Onboarding moved 600 members across in a week. No lost payments, no retyping. Members love that their pass and bookings live in one app.
The sceptical ones
Two things. The first is that we run a club ourselves, so the workflows are shaped by a front desk rather than a database diagram. The second is the commercial model: we build the product in-house and rent only the regulated rails, the banks and carriers that legally have to be someone else. That is why the basics are included instead of being the upsell that funds the company.
It is a fair question to ask of anyone holding your operations. Our answer is that your money never touches us, your data is exportable at any time, and the platform is audited end to end with over a thousand automated tests. You are not trusting us with your escape route.
No. The platform flexes across boxing, BJJ, Muay Thai, MMA, karate, kids classes, strength and bootcamp studios. Belt and licence grading is a module: on when you need it, gone from the console when you do not.
A website builder gives you a nice front door and nothing behind it. It does not know who paid, who booked or who walked in. Atemi includes your website, but the point is that the site shares the same record as the door and the ledger.
Because we scope it on the call before you commit, and because we have done it with live mandates rather than just spreadsheets. Members, plans and mandates move with identity de-duplication so households and duplicates get cleaned up on the way in.
