How the club is set up: club settings, branches, features you switch on, connections to other services and data import.

- See what each feature unlocks and what it needs to work.
- Turn on a missing feature that another one depends on.

Import data
/admin/migrationWho uses it Platform admins only
A five step wizard that brings members and live Direct Debits across from another system's export. Nothing is saved until the last step.
What you can do
- Upload a CSV export and pick the system it came from.
- Match each Atemi field to a column in the file. Columns are pre filled for the chosen system.
- Choose how Direct Debits come across: the provider already holds them, members are asked to confirm, or you handle them by hand.
- Set the advance notice in days, from 0 to 90, and choose whether past payments import as paid.
- Choose whether to create plans that are missing from the file, and add an optional batch note.
- Run a dry run that saves nothing. It counts rows as Ready, Already here, Needs a plan or Can't import.
- Filter the dry run rows and match unmatched plan names to existing plans.
- Import the ready rows, up to 2,000 per file, then open the finished batch.
- Open any past import from the list on the right, and open Notes and activity.
