Most gym software is written by people who have never run a register on a Tuesday night. It shows. Screens assume staff who read manuals, workflows that fit a database and not a club, and a bill that grows every time you want to do something new.
We came at it from the other side. Our founding school has been teaching since 2012, and like every club we ran on a pile of tools that did not talk to each other. A billing system here, a marketing suite there, a website builder, a card terminal and manual work holding it together. It worked, barely, and it cost a fortune.
So we rebuilt it. Not another integration, a single platform where the door, the ledger, the timetable and the website share one truth. We build the product ourselves and rent only the regulated rails, the banks and carriers that legally have to be someone else. That is why a club can run its whole operation for a fraction of the old stack and keep control of its own members and money.
