About the modules
No. Three modules are foundational and always on: members, reporting and staff. Everything else is a switch. Start with billing and classes, then turn on CRM, reviews, POS or the site builder when you are ready. A module you have switched off is not a locked upsell screen, it is simply gone from the console.
No. Modules declare what they depend on, and the platform will not let you switch off something another live feature needs. Turn one back on and its data is exactly where you left it.
Yes. Every action is gated by a permission, and roles are yours to shape. A coach taking a register does not need to see the ledger, and the platform enforces that on the server, not just by hiding a button.
No. Licences and grades is a module like any other. Boxing gyms, strength studios and bootcamps tend to leave it off, and the console stops mentioning it.
